PhosAgro and Intterra Sign a Cooperation Agreement for Agriculture Digitalization

PhosAgro, one of the world’s leaders in the production of phosphate fertilizers, and Intterra, a Russian developer of innovative agricultural solutions, have concluded a cooperation agreement for the development and implementation of digital solutions for farmers.

The agreement was signed by PhosAgro Deputy CEO for Sales and Marketing Sergey Pronin and Intterra CEO Vitaliy Buzu. The signing ceremony was held at PhosAgro’s stand at the 21st Russian Agricultural Exhibition Golden Autumn, which is traditionally sponsored by PhosAgro.

The agreement is aimed at creating and implementing an integrated digital system that would provide farmers with all crop monitoring and management tools during the whole season: from crop planning to analyzing the efficiency of agricultural technologies based on the season’s results.

“We believe that implementing digital solutions for horticulture will be a catalyst for ensuring efficient use of agricultural technologies based on mineral fertilizers. By combining PhosAgro’s experience in mineral nutrition with modern digital services, we will be able to offer an efficient modern tool to our customers. The partnership between PhosAgro and Intterra has all chances to become a perfect success story of implementing information technologies in the agricultural sector,” said Sergey Pronin, Deputy CEO for Sales and Marketing at PhosAgro.

“The partnership with PhosAgro is a crucial step in the strategy of developing a unique multi-service platform. Our work is aimed at offering farmers new tools to increase horticulture efficiency and revenue, as well as build and develop new digital channels for interaction between farmers and producers of horticultural technologies, goods and services,” said Intterra CEO Vitaliy Buzu.
